How 'bout a Mario Kart 7 community?

I would like to start a Mario Kart 7 community associated with this blog:

We'll have community nights on Saturdays with two "shifts". The first will begin at 7:00 PM US-Eastern, and the second at 9:00 PM US-Eastern. Make it to whichever you can, and I'll be there for both. Hope to see you there!

    I would prefer something like Mushrooms Only as I am currently grinding for coins to unlock new kart parts. Would that be possible? Also, I don't think I have your FC.
