Games that "Take State"

What game gets the golden trophy?
As some of you may know (although I highly doubt it) my volleyball team that I am on just took state! Since then that's all that I can think about! So here is my post on games that "Take State:"

6.Kirby's Return to Dreamland
5.  Halo Series
4.Legend of Dragoon
3. Chrono Trigger
2. Final Fantasy Series
STATE CHAMPION: You are going to have to decide that one for me! It's way too hard!!!!!

The reason why I have these games is because they score high in all different areas! Areas that include music, storyline, character develpoment, graphics, and just pure amazingness. What do you guys think? Also, because Halloween is right around the corner, what is the spookiest game you've ever played? I think the weirdest game I've played has got to be "Shadow King." Never got to finish it though...

  1. Congrats on Taking State! I imagine you're flying pretty high right now, eh? Excellent overall games (though I will admit I haven't played the Kirby one) - but the rest are pretty solid.

In my opinion, the Fatal Frame series on the PlayStation 2 was the best horror series out there. Creepy, but still plenty of action. My wife and I have both said we'd love to see it brought back to an HD Remake for PS3 or better yet, PS4 when that comes out. The series never did gain the following of other titles like resident Evil or Silent Hill though.

    1. I hate when that happens. You love or respect a game so much you believe it should be way well known!! Thanks for the congrats! Yeah, I'm still flying high!

  2. Wish I could have been there again this year, Mary! I'll always remember what it felt like to watch MHS win in 2011, so I know I missed out!

You're right, it's hard to pick the champion of all video games! I'm inclined to just go with the easy way out and say The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time or maybe Skyward Sword, but I'm sure I can think of something else. Hmm...if I had to pick something besides Zelda, it would have to be (of course) Mario! And Super Mario World has aged remarkably well, so I'm gonna have to say Super Mario World, final answer!
