I do have a question for you, do you notice that when school is in session for me I blog more often? To add to that, my grammar and punctuation is a little more accurate. So perhaps being in school is better; after all I actually exercise, read, spend less time in front of a computer, and other miscellaneous things! Another bad thing about school is that I can't get a job because of sports! With no money, I can't buy video games!!
What I think is also funny is that usually adults with kids love it when school starts! What do you think? Does school equal paradise or death? I'm leaning towards death, but, hey, I like the middle of the fence too! I really wish I could spend more time on video games though...

Good morning. :)
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear the summer fun is coming to an end to you. I'm sure my son and youngest will be bemoaning the start of school, just like you are. I tend to let their gaming slide later into the evening during weekends and vacation times, and they will be getting a lot less game time in going forward.
Now, as for me? I'm pretty indifferent about the start of school. In fact, I almost prefer summer - no parent teacher conferences or anything like that.
My wife likes having the kids gone during the day, but she is a late night person herself, and the morning of getting the kids around for school is definitely a pain for her, so she probably is on the fence too.
I think that's how my parents are! My Dad hates it; it means less time to spend with kids. My mom loves it, because the house stays clean for longer than an hour!
